New House

ok so here is the teaser pictures of the house. I will be gettting it inspected on the 7th of July so I will take inside pics to post. hopefully the inspection goes well and the house will be mine on September 1st!!!!

So here they are

this is the front yard and the driveway...well a little bit of the driveway.

and here is the BACKYARD!!!!! it's not to big and not to small!!! most of this is fenced in. I just need to do the front and that is it!!! I am loving this house!!

Might happen

OH MY GOSH!!!!! It might happen. just got a call from the realtor and found out that the loan is back on!! so of course the first thing I did was........PUT A BID ON THE HOUSE!!!!

So I might be a homeowner this time tomorrow! Here's to praying...hard praying..lol will keep you updated.

OK, so the breeder wanted updates of the girls and how they are doing so I decided to post on here as well. This way I keep this updated as well. The next up date will be of the dachshund picnic and Dixie in her costume. Can't wait!!!!!!

here's hoping

Well here is the house i am hoping to get. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom ranch style house. I LOVE it. Now I need to get my money together. Was going to get grant money but that fell through. So I am hoping that it will still be there in Aug when I have all the money that I need together.

If it is meant to be it will happen. So here's hoping.....and a lot of praying..lol

New Kids

Here are 2 new additions to the family. They are sisters born on April 28, 2009.

At the front of the pic is Roxie. She is a Black Berkshire Rex coat dumbo eared ratty. She likes to think she is adventures but when any strange noise comes up she runs right back to her mom..lol

Bailey, in the middle, is an Irish Cream smooth coat dumbo eared ratty. She is a mamma's girl. When they are out playing she is always right by me. When ever I go to the cage for anything she is always the first to greet me. She also LOVES to give "kisses"!!

And of course that is Dixie in the back. She was the first to be introduces to the girls.

just starting

So I wanted to try this one more time. I figure I will have better luck with blogging than with trying to keep in touch with everyone any other way.

Of course I need to make sure everyone knows about the "kids"..lol. So if you are just catching up with me here they are....

Dixie is the Black and tan mini Dachshund...she is now 7 years old...what a cutie!!

Oscar is the Man of the house..lol. He is my oldest little man at 8 years old.

And then there's Blue..lovingly called my little redheaded stepchild. She is well loves but is HYPER!!!!

She just turned 2....they say she is supposed to mellow out at that age....I am still waiting for that.
